You open up the back to empty the hair out when you're done, and it's ready to reuse, and literally lasts for years, even with daily use.
The roller is super quick, cheaper, and more compact than the vacuum (so, good if you have a small space), and easily picks up mountains of hair from couches, chairs, and other upholstered furniture!
